I an 65 years old and last year I underwent cabg. Now I have been advised to take two tablets one promote xl 25 and another is ecosprin gold 25 but bp is measuring always 90/130. But if I take betaloc 25 then bp is under control I mean 80/120 which was advised by the same doctor earlier. Should I go back to betaloc 25?
