I want to know whether hot coffee with milk and without sugar is good for health or not. What are its side effects. Do we get benefits of milk if we add coffee.

The short answer to this question is that adding milk to coffee does not harm your health. Although more studies are needed to confirm these findings, it lowers the absorption of an antioxidant called chlorogenic acid available in coffee by 23%. This simply means that you are not getting 100% of the benefit of that one antioxidant, yet you are still getting much more of it than coffee abstainers.
