I am almost 18, 155 cm tall and weigh around 55 kg. For a long time I intake around 5-6 liters of water a day depending on what I do. Sometimes even more. I do exercise moderately, I walk almost everyday and do martial arts. I'm worried i'm drinking too much but if I don't drink whenever I feel thirsty I feel a headache coming. Not only that even though I drink so much, my urine is never clear and always somewhat yellow.
