I am doing regular workout in gym from 40 days, my trainer is asking me to take protein powder, my weight is 72 and height is 5'10" I don't think I need such supplements am m healthy already, need some advice for natural deit plan.

Hello, having protein when you workout will give you more energy and metabolism. You might not take the supplements he is giving you, but you may take proteinex or another protein shake that you like. If you already have a good diet, just avoid oily, junk and sweet food. Take more protein. Burn more calories than you consume,
