I am 40 years old guy I am gaining weight I do sleep properly pls help to refuse weight and to get proper sleep. Mostly I am stressed pls help.

Running walking exercises are helpful to reduce weight. Sleep helps peace in day life it will not help to reduce weight. Because of stress you may take additional food also. Better to stress relieve methods. Be friendly with others. Be happy all the time. Please know stress relief and stress management. Or please consult psychologist. Best of luck.
