This is to avoid or over come all symptoms hypothyroidism. However, conception to occur and for proper development of fetus and successful out come of pregnancy, recommended tsh levels are 0.1 to 2 milli units, before conception as well as during first trimester. 2nd trimester 0.3 to 3.0 milli units/l & 3rd trimester 0.3 to 3.5 milli units/l.
