I Have left hand from shoulder to fingers ache, I creeps nearly to 4 years sometimes ache in left neck and chest , what is the relief, I feel ascyologically problem in heart, pls solve my problem. (but I am a diabetes patients)

With the complaints mentioned it seems to be a case of cervical spondylitis/ stiff shoulder. Please visit near by physical therapy centre get it assessed and schedule exercise. Secondly you are diabetic may have developed peripheral neuropathy. Take b12 tablet.

You might be suffering from cervical spondylolysis in simple words cervical. Pain radiating to the fingers could be due to disc bulge on the nerve root. At the age 40 cardiac problems are highly unlikely but it's always better to screen for cardiac issue you can get an ecg or an echocardiogarphy done to rule out the things.
