My mother 64 years old is suffering from joint stiffness. X ray and blood test was done but everything was ok. Doctor told that it is a normal disease. She is unable to work due to stiffness.

Hi Tushar ,The most common causes of joint stiffness is osteoarthritis of joint : Osteoarthritis, a common type of arthritis, happens over time when the cartilage, the protective cushion in between the bones, wears away. The joints become painful and stiff. Osteoarthritis develops slowly and usually occurs during middle age. Applying heat, regular stretching and exercise, and physical therapy ( Physiotherapy ) ) can help decrease joint stiffness to allow your joints to move more smoothly. thanks and regards
