Hello my name is shazia and I am 38 years old my weight has gone above 80 due to which I am very worried my joints are very painful and I also exercise I get pain.

Yes in starting you will be feeling pain while performing and after exercises. Take a break of atleast 2min in between exercises, take good calcium rich diet. Suggest you to do exercises under expert super vision, so that the exercises will be performed in a correct rythm to avoid pains and injuires, after a week you can do it by yourself.
