I have gained 20 kgs in 6 months, I was on psychiatrist medications but now I am off them, and I have started exercising, but my hunger has increased threefold, my system doesn't shut up even during the night, I have to get up in the middle of the night, multiple times just to satiate this eternal hunger. This worries me, I got a blood test done, my cholesterol and esr was on the higher side, but with this everlasting hunger how can I lose weight?
