I am 23 years old male. I am having pain in my left shoulder and on back neck near spinal bone. It started yesterday evening when I was at home. I am feeling that both are connected to a single nerve. I am facing issue in movement of shoulder and not able to continue my daily lifestyle. The pain is increasing progressively please assist it as soon as possible, what should I do?

Dear you have cervical spine problem and need detailed evaluation and imaging to come to a diagnosis. You can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly. Give rest and don't do any exercises of neck. Consult an orthopedic surgeon if not relieved in a day or two.
