I'm 25 years old last year I was tested for HbA1C and value was 6.9 so Dr. said you may have diabetes but few months ago I went for blood sugar test and report was just normal. I don't eat much sugar and do yoga n walking regularly. I may have sugar problem?

Not necessarily. HbA1C is a guide of average sugar content of the blood over a period of 3 months and reflects more on the type of control diabetics have on their blood sugar rather than diagnosing Diabetes. If your fasting and post meal ( good sugar rich diet) blood sugar levels are within normal then cannot label it as Diabetes Mellitus. If there is Diabetes in the near blood relations like Mother, Father, Brother... then it is a possibility that it may manifest in you too but not a must.

If your HBA1C was 6.9 last year that means you are confirmed diabetic. You need to check your blood sugars fasting /pp at least once in 2 months and Hba1c once in 4 months without any failure .Once in ayear you can do your kidney, liver,lipid profile, cbc If your blood sugars were found to be normal with diet exercise and life style modification it is good sign However periodical checks will tell whether that is sufficient or you require medicines to control your sugars.
