It is very healthy habit of having black tea It prevents plaque formation in mouth It reduces chances of stroke It provides antioxidants, those we don't get from vegetables and fruits It delays Degenerative changes in bones It reduces chances of getting diabetes It keeps our immune system strong It strengthen our gastrointestinal system It prevents some forms of cancer It relives stress Overall black tea is always beneficial Sugar, milk. Etc should not be added to it, just boil tea leaves in water, filter it and enjoy it.
