Want to loose weight. As suffered from prediabetes symptoms. Please suggest diet. I am non vegetarian loving person. Please include some non veg dishes.

As prone to diabetes you should avoid fried or deep fried non veg have only roasted and boiled chicken and fish .take high fiber foods.

For pre diabetes avoid sugar and sugar products. Avoid High salted namkeen High fatty foods. Avoid roots and roots vegetables like potato, Arbi, jimikand, shakarghand. Avoid in Fruits Chiku, grapes,mango banana.
