My father is suffering from serious gastric problem, he even have a sever chest pain while coughing in gas, he know even started loosing his eye site because of gas. please sir/ mam help me out and prescribe some useful medicine and exercise.

Please be reassured....having gas can't cause decrease in eye sight... The 2 conditions may or may not be related.. sometimes a systemic problem can cause eye disorders which decrease vision. but it may also be simply due to change in power of glasses or development of age related cataracts. A simple comprehensive eye examination will help identify the cause and manage the issue effectively.

Diminished eye sight is not related to gastric symptoms. For his gastric symptoms patient will have to be consulted by a gastroenterologist. And for the age of 71 and with complaint of diminished vision please get him screened for cataract development in his eyes. Thanks.
