Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. Hello user. Follow a healthy lifestyle to reduce your weight and take a healthy and balanced diet. Avoid taking large meals. Eat small quantity at regular intervals. Avoid junk food completely for atleast a few months. Once you get in shape, you can have it once or twice a month. Do regular exercise and pushups to reduce belly fat. Include high fiber low fat diet in your meals and make it a routine. Drink a lot of water everyday. Morning walk is always helpful. Good luck.
