Midnight I went to a doctor in emergency because I was feeling shivered, cold sweats, anxiety he prescribed me IV pantoprazole and and tab epitril 0.5 mg and asked me to take rest for few time and again consult me but I felt relieved after taking the dose and he asked the same that its due to acid reflux he prescribed tab. pantoprazole and some B complex syrup for 3 days.

He has given you the appropriate medicines for hyperacidity you will get relief. avoid taking spicy food in the night and keep a gap of atleast 2 hours before your dinner and bed time. take plenty of water during the day. avoid taking excessive tea/coffee. take timely meals during the day. if you are constipated get treated for that. good luck

Hey I feel its the correct treatment. But it might also be a panic attack or heart related problem. I suggest you get an ECG done just to rule out any cardiac issue.
