Hi lybrate-user, As of my knowledge, even we don't have best medicine to cure schizophrenia or psychosis. The medicine only manage symptoms. Kindly include psychological counseling along with medication, it may gives best results. It's very difficult in naturopathy treatment as the client may be difficult to cooperate. But I can suggest the therapeutic message called Shirodhara or abiyangam (siddha) food like walnut, vitamin D and protein rich food gives an good effect. Pure coconut oil half teasppon.
