Vitamin B12 deficiency causes anemia and thus weakness, breathlessness and pale coloured skin are common. Besides it causes tingling sensation and needle pricking sensation in fingers or toes. It causes muscle pain and muscle weakness as well. Other symptoms are depression and transient memory loss. Kindly get a Serum Vitamin B12 test done and if positive you will require supplementation of Vitamin B12 under medical supervision. Food rich in Vitamin B12 include cheese, eggs, dairy products, meat and poultry.
