Hello, the only alternative for getting pregnant without ovaries is donor oocyte and ivf, followed by embryo transfer under hormonal controlled environment. Regards.

Hi, pregnancy without ovaries is possible only with" ivf using ovum from donor. In short procedure is as follow-- 1- egg will be taken from a healthy woman. 2- recipient woman will be given female hormones (estrogen & progesterone) to build up the lining of uterus. 3- donor's mature eggs will be fertilized by recipient woman's husband's sperms. 4- after the egg is fertilized, 1 to 3 embryos will be placed into the uterus of recipient woman while continuing hormone therapy. After 2 weeks, pregnancy test is done to confirm pregnancy. Chances of getting pregnancy are 30-40%. Beside this you can opt for surrogacy/adoption.
