I am a 59 years old lady. I am suffering with hip joint pain in my left leg. My left side leg & arm are also swelling.in xray report of my left hip joint it was told that bone of left hip is weak. I am also taking calcinol 500 one tab daily. Pl advice me.

Your hip bone is week due to age factor i think. U need to apply teel oil on your hip everyday. Have a glass of milk with 1 teaspoon of homemade ghee and dont add sugar to it. Have this combination of milk twice a day. Have white unpolished teel seeds everyday after food. U may have it with sounf also. Plz start some exercises at home so that your weight doesnt increase. Like walk in the house or spot jogging if possible or suryanamaskar. Avoid cold foods. All this will help u.
