I am 27 year old married women. I have a history of pcos. I always have a tendency of 2-3 days bleeding during periods, at that time I weighed around 62 kg and my height is 5'6. But from last 2 years I have gained so much like 90 kg due to depression which causes huge changes in my body, specifically at my upper body. I got so much fat around my neck area, breast and hand, basically I have became broad and this causes only one day of bleeding during periods, my periods are regular but less bleeding, I consult with my gynaecologist, she suggested me glycomet, but after doing all efforts including exercise and diet control, my weight is still increasing from upper body, please suggest!
