Wisdom tooth on all 4 corners are dislocated, completely out of alignment which has caused the inner skin of my cheeks to swell up. What should I do to bring it back to alignment. Also what are the possible effects of extraction.

This condition arises when the third molars or wisdom teeth have very little space in the jaw for their proper eruption. Most probably you are suffering from a condition know as pericoronitis .The best thing would be to go for a consultation to a Dentist, and if the suggestion is to go for extraction then get it done. There might be some pain and swelling in the postoperative 1st week but that's it. You will be feeling normal within a week .There are no adverse effects of extraction as such but there are definitely adverse effects if you don't go for extraction of such teeth.
