I?m solvent male and age average 39+ from Delhi. Basically I'm good health with 70 Kgs with 6? height have 2 boys? children, no wife or girlfriend. I live with my boys who are below 6 years. My question - How to live good health? What kind of Food for good health and how many hours need to jogging or gym every day, because I'm professionally photographer, graphic designer, so why maximum time seat on table and laptop, And If I not again marriage then any problem for health?
