Hi I am a 32 year married lady I have tachycardia and few months back blood report showed few points of raised cholesterol since last month the left side of my chest including left hand and arm have pain for a fraction of minutes and the pain stops and there is strange sensation in my left palm including the pain also I feel breathless in this situation kindly guide me.

Please do ECG once. As pain is on left side pls rule of the cause and b sure that heart is oky. Its better to find out cause of pain now. Start healthy diet including more veggies, fruits and proteins. Avoid stress and fat. Do exercise ot walking.
