I had farsightedness and my glass no. Is 5.75.can it be cure without operation. What diet should I take so that my glass no. Start decreasing. Because my no. Still fluctuate.

Please do not worry No it can't be cured at this age (30) without operation and no diet can reduce your glass number ,but you have to eat lots of green vegetables pappaya carrots they are good for your eyes talk to an ophthalmologist that why your number is still fluctuating please feel free to call or talk.

It can not be cured with medicine ,only way to remove glass is either LASIK or Smile LASIK ,power usually stablises by the age of 21-22 years in male.
