If desensitising paste is not relieving the sensitivity of your teeth then you need to visit a dental clinic to get your teeth examined to find out if there is a cavity. Cavities cannot be treated by home tips & on the contrary delay will worsen the problem.

see sensitivity can be because of attrition or because of cavity. If there is a cavity then you need to see a dentist but if it is because of attrition just try this thing. Apply your tooth paste on the sensitive teeth for like 1/2 minute and then brush. even after this the problem persist do see your dentist.
