Have a check up for Caries or abrasion, attrition or erosion to know the exact cause of sensitivity to cold. If all your teeth are found normal, then nothing to worry. The usual recommendation is to avoid excessive hot or cold for the better health of your teeth. Prophylactic Use of sensitivity tooth pastes is not advisable too.
