I am having swelled gums in lower left 3rd molar region since morning. I feel heavy weighted mandible. But I can chew food properly. There is slight pain and I'm getting headache. Swelling is mostly on buccal side of mandible. I want to know the best treatment for this problem.

It's due to erupting 3rd molar! Do warm. Saline. Mouthwash. 3-4 times a day, take mild painkiller. Twice. A day! If pain increase, you needed to in for antibiotics. N go in for dental checkup! please GET A X-RAY DONE OF THAT REGION!
