I am feeling excruciating pain in my right shoulder for the last few days. I also consulted with the local orthopaedic surgeon and he diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. Currently I am taking two medicines rolosol and neugaba. However both the drugs failed to reduce my pain, it is gradually increasing. As tomorrow is saturday no doctor will be available in our locality can you suggest me some medicine which will reduce the pain.
