My Fasting Blood Glucose is: 108 Uric Acid is: 8.87 Vitamin B12 is: 177 25 OH Vitamin D is: 15.9 Yesterday I checked my blood and found some above problems means it is not in normal condition so I want to make it normal so how to control that and also want to know some home remedies?

Hi, I reviewed your data, you are undergoing Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 Deficiency I would rather advice you to take Multivitamin tablets, Drink milk twice daily, Coconut water once daily for one month. You will be alright. As for fasting Blood sugar its under normal range. Vitamin B1 Deficiency

Fasting blood sugar is slightly high, vit.B12 low and vit D3 is also low. Get your Repeat fasting blood sugar, pp blood sugar and HbA1c. Consult a physician who will suggest your medicine and will also advise regarding correct diet and life style modefications.
