What are the causes for swelling on foot. Im 42 yr, weight 80 kg, im feeling small pain in foot and swelling on foot below ankle.

Hello sir swelling on foot are very common and coz are many 1.over weigh 2.vitamin D3 deficiency 3. Urine infection 4. Wearing proper shoes 5. Long standing on single leg 6. Calcium deficiency 7. Ligaments tear 8. Long sitting with hanging leg 9. Lack of exercise and walk Etc. You have to do regular ankle - toe movement and do contrast bath means hot and cold water therapy.
