Underwent cataract surgery 2 years ago. Now unable to read news paper from left eye. My doctor says laser will correct the thickening of eye muscle. Shall I undergo the laser beam procedure? Is it safe?

It is posterior capsule opacity which is not uncommon leading to diminition of vision ,yag laser capsulotomy hardly takes one minute to restore vision at post operative level if you have no other ocular disease.
