hi, I can understand your feelings. It will take some time to overcome from the trauma you faced. Keep yourself busy in some positive group activities. Don't keep yourself alone. Go for a brisk walk daily for minimum half an hour. Have healthy breakfast. If all this doesn't work then you must seek help of a counselor.
