I am 23 age. My weight Is 70 please from past 7 month I am going for jogging. I am not eating oil food bt also my weight is not reducing.

You should start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables, Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Do physical activities like brisk walking, yoga, running etc and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can also include green tea twice a day.
