Keto diet is a fad diet + Starvation which has no long term effect. Whatever weight loss you will achieve will come back in a few weeks / months. To lose weight permanently you have to make permanent changes in your diet. All such fancy diets like Keto / Atkins / GM etc create short term weight loss but will fail in the long run. Also after that you will lose confidence in yourself. Better to go for change in food habits. That is the only way to permanent weight loss and fitness.
