My weight is 60 kg and you am having pcos. Nowadays I am having only vegetables instead of non veg. Plus I walk for about 1 hour per day. But unable to stop having rice. So my question is will I be able to loose weight and I am having medicine for pcos ,how long it may take to conceive.
