Hi, it depends on how many muscles to be treated which again depends on amount of eye deviation. It takes approx 15 mins for one muscle surgery so a 4 muscle surgery will take an hour .regarding logistics, in our hospital usually one muscle surgery costs around 15000 and afterwards its 10,000/- per muscle in adults. For children GA charges are extra.
