Hi, I am 26 years old and As I am foodie ,now weight 103 kg. How to control my hunger and suggest which food item I must be restricted .Please suggest me control my food habits and meantime there will be no much more hunger.

According to your height and your age you are too fat so have a complete balanced diet and avoid the junk food and oily food, no milk and milk products and do some exercises and walking daily it will help you to reduce to fatness.

Take high fiber low fat diet. You don't need to supress your hunger but take high fiber foods that time in fact you need to take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do regular exercise. Take plenty of water every day. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
