I am not losing weight but I am definitely slimming down. If I am able to lose inches, why am I not losing weight?

Hi lybrate-user, Losing inches and losing weight is not actually similar. Weight comprises of bone, muscles and fat mass. If you are losing through inches surely means you are losing fat. If it is not visible on scale it may be because you have heavy bones. Just get your BCA (body composition analyses) done. It will show exactly how much fat and lean mass you have.
