Keep patience, you are suffering from an auto immune syndrome which is not a simple disease to be cured in one or two visits. It involves multiple parts of the body. Treatment will take its course and it may vary from one to 5 years depending upon stages. Sometimes even more if you are already compromised. In AIIMS you will get the best at reasonable cost. Sjogren Syndrome is an autoimmune disorder. Currently, there is no specific cure for it. However it can be managed well by taking liquids at regular intervals and keeping your mouth wet all the time.
