I am 22 years old, I have been tested as hypothyroid 38 in TSH .I have not taken any medicine so far what can I do for the best results.

Hello, Thanks for the query. With TSH at 38 mU/L, you are having uncontrolled hypothyroidism. This can cause multiple symptoms like weight gain, swelling of face, legs, dry skin, dry hair, hair fall, change in speech, inability to to concentrate, and think clearly.
