My angiography report is Left main - Normal LAD - 95-99 % MID lesion D1 - 90% OSTIAL lesion D2- 70-80% OSTIAL lesion LCX/OM1- OM1- 100 % lesion Any cardiologist please tell me how is this report or what is the solution?

There are three major blood vessel supplying blood to the heart out of these three to measure blood vessels along with their branches are blocked in your case what is surviving only on single last vessel and as such a situation only revascularization is suggested. In your case at least two stents will have to be inserted in LAD & D1. Om1 is hundred percent blocked and in that such cases many times The vessel is not disturbed. If not angioplasty then the other option which you have is bypass surgery
