I am 66, male and have been having pain in the lower most waist below spinal cord end since last week. I thought it might have been due to lifting heavy and weighty bags while traveling from Chennai to hyderabad and hence took a variety of pain killers besides applying pain balms but the pain still persists. This has hindered my daily morning walking habits too.
