According to your height your weight is accurate, there is no need to reduce, you can maintain your weight by eating balanced diet, don?t eat junk and fried food, have sufficient water, don?t have alcohol, tea, coffee and do exercise. Have protein rich diet like meat nd meat products, milk and milk products etc for further increase of height.
