Hi, I stopped drinking milk fot the past 5 months. I had no problems with drinking milk. But when I started to drink milk now, I am facing stomach related issues like flatulence, rumbling stomach, bloating. Did I become lactose intolerant. I am a vegetarian, so I have no other means of protein. Thank You!

Would like to know the reasons for stopping milk in the first place. Secondly you have not mentioned your age. If you are an adult you might be lactose intolerant. That is no cause for worry as you can easily get plenty of protein from Vege diet. Deals, paneer, soya etc are good species apart from ragi and other cereals.
