Thank you lybrate-user for asking questions. Thank you Lybrate-user for asking me question Weight loss is depend 80% diet and 20% exercise. At first you go for morning walk then after some month going for gym. You should take high protein and low carbohydrate diet and also no fate diet. Donot take sweets, out side foods and fried foods below I have mention diet chart. If you stretly follow the diet and see the result in 1 months. BREAKFAST: oat meal/toasted 2-3 slices of bread, 2-3 white boil eggs ,cofee/tea with less sugar LUNCH: rice/chapati ,green salads, Mixvegetable curry ,Chicken/fish receipes with less oil and salt, paneer recepies .Dal. EVENING: Coffe/tea, fruits DINNER: chapati .dal, chicken/fish recepies, green salads.
