Im doing workouts for weight loss. Now my skin becomes loose. How to tighten the skin after weight loss. Please tell me the solution.

Skin is elastic, it will take some time in tightening. In the mean time, you should do strength exercises along with cardio. It will tone your muscles and tighten the skin. Do body massage before taking bath with natural oils - coconut / mustard. It will further help in skin tightening.
