Hello. Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Add honey to your child diet. 2) Give your child liquids to keep hydrated. 3) Give some raw fruits and vegetables. 4) Give a healthy breakfast and snacks. 5) Avoid processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items. 6) Keep your child engaged in activity rather than exercise. 7) yoga 8) Give atleast 4 to 5 meals in a day. 9) Don't skip meals and especially breakfast. 10) Get qualityful sleep. Some foods for weight loss :- 1) Honey and Lemon water 2) Green tea 3) Mint leaves 4) Warm water 5) Fennel seeds 6) Cinnamon 7) Limit sweetened drinks 8) Apple 9) Pistachio 10) Dark chocolate.
