Is it good to eat fruits in the morning? If so which will be more good? I'm eating fruit chat (mix of banana, papaya, water melon, apple, orange) in the morning. Should I add anything else?

Yup its good to eat fruits early in morning to be frank you can eat fruits at any time of the day except banana never eat at night and very eraly morning empty stomach it may result in gas or bloating you can also add guava in your diet which is rich in antioxidants in form of vit c.

Fruits are always a good snacking option in the mid-morning .Avoid having fruits during the major meals (Lunch/dinner). Fruits are a source of sugar/energy. We mostly take carbohydrates during our lunch and dinner in the form of chapati/veggies/rice etc. These carbs are ultimately converted into sugar in the body, which is utilized for energy purpose. If we consume fruits as well, the excess sugar from fruits has higher chances of going into fat storage. Thus, it's best to avoid them during lunch/dinner. Instead of having mix fruits, it's better to have only one at a time. Or else you might take in extra calories.
